The IMPRESS project, of which CERIC is an active Partner, will participate at the 17th Multinational Congress on Microscopy (17MCM –7 to 12 September 2025 – Portorož, Slovenia). The event will bring together leading academic scientists, researchers, students, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge and showcase cutting-edge advancements in microscopy.

In particular, IMPRESS has been granted the opportunity to host a dedicated session titled “IMPRESS Special Session: Shaping the Future of Interoperable TEM” (11 September – 2:00 to 4:00 PM). During the session, experts from the IMPRESS project will present Project’s results, discuss challenges and explore new frontiers across the project’s main themes, including electron sources, adaptive optics and detectors, in situ, operando and correlative experiments, software automation and remote control.
