New Open Position at CERIC: Administrative Officer

CERIC-ERIC, the Central European Consortium for Research Infrastructure, is seeking an Administrative Officer.

 

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Administrative Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Consortium, the successful candidate will be responsible of the following main activities:

– support the implementation of the new accounting software Ad Hoc revolution web;
– support the procurement activities of the Consortium;
– support the activities related to the Consortium budget and bookkeeping records;
– support the activities related to the financial reporting of all the funded and internal projects of CERIC, according to the funding agency’s policies, internal procedures and rules of CERIC.

Qualifications and other requirements

– University degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent;
– Experience in accounting for a minimum period of 3 years;
– Good knowledge of the accounting software Zucchetti “Ad Hoc” or “Ad hoc revolution web”;
– Good knowledge of the Italian fiscal rules;
– Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken;
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.

– Knowledge of additional languages of the Consortium is an advantage.

What We Offer

– 12 months Fixed – term contract, with the possibility of extension;
– Possibility to work partially remotely;
– Salary range (from 28.000 € – to 32.000€) annually, will be commensurate with previous experience and qualifications of the candidates;
