CERIC contributes to the discussion on how to make the most of policy MLE for R&I policy under Horizon 2020 Policy Support Facility
Location21 September 2018, Brussels – Belgium
The Mutual Learning Exercises provide a platform for exchange between policy makers around selected research and innovation policy issues. On September 21st, the seminar on “How to make the most of policy mutual learning for research and innovation policy under the Horizon 2020 Policy Support Facility (PSF)” was organized in Brussels by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Research & Innovation.
Participants exchanged their views on key issues linked to their MLE participation (success factors and way forward), and shared their experiences on how the MLE informed and/or influenced research and innovation policies at national level and their views on mutual learning tools and methods. CERIC was represented by the executive director Jana Kolar, who chaired the concluding session on success factors for effective MLEs and options for the future.
The interactive exchanges allowed reflecting on how to improve PSF mutual learning tools and formats, maximise their effectiveness and inspire their future design.
